I’m going to layout the steps to get facetime over 3g here:

FOR FREE

1. open up cydia
2. go to manage - > sources -> repo -> edit -> Add(this only shows up after you hit ‘edit’)
3. add  http://sinfuliphonerepo.com
4. head over to ‘sections’ (on bottom)
5. scroll down to sinfuliphonerepo
6. scroll to the bottom and look for ‘3g unrestrictor’
7. install the package!

Now you’ve got the system ready to fake out the apps and say that you are on a wifi system.  Next thing you need to do is configure 3g unrestrictor to have the phone app use it for facetime.

1. Open up 3g unrestrictor
2. add ‘phone’ (near the bottom of the list)
